This customer sadly had gotten a water leak. This meant the water got into the sheetrock and the floor and started to create that mildew smell and visibly showed mold. This customer really loved their bathroom and so we tore everything out and replaced it with new sheet rock on one wall, sub floor and all new tile and fresh new paint job with all new trim. With the knowledge our project manager has, he made sure to take the extra steps so their were no longer any issues and the bathroom was perfect!
